DONATION AGREEMENT

I hereby agree to give money to
Working Pictures to help finance their production of "The
Mirror". I fully understand that this money is a donation
with no possibility of any financial return or rights of ownership
to "The Mirror" or any other property of Working Pictures.
I am fully aware that this money is solely a donation and will
not be refunded or returned. I am donating
simply for the joy of knowing that I am contributing to the artistic
development and recognition of budding filmmakers and artists.
